What's happening
My name is Sue Nevins and I have been a bookseller since 1992. Currently, I am working at Mockingbird Books, 7220 NE Woodlawn NE, Seattle on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 2:30 pm to 7 pm and Saturdays, 11am to 3pm. Let me customize your child's reading plan for you. Just print the custom reading plan flyer and fill it out and bring it into the bookstore, Mockingbird Books. Usually I am able to complete the form and return it to the customer within a few days (3-4).

Join us at Mockingbird Books in welcoming, Leslie Patricelli, author, creator, and illustrator of the Yummy Yucky board book series, the Patterson Puppies, and her newest book, Be Quiet Mike, just released in hardcover. She will read her books for story time. Leslie Patricelli is very gifted children's book author and illustrator with a wonderful sense of humor. Her books are for everyone, from infants to elementary school children. I see many children from the store's book groups pulling her books off the shelves and laughing out loud as they read her again and again. Leslie Patricelli's sense of joy and wonderment about early childhood life provides us readers with many delightful moments with the children in our lives.
